The educational activities of the production department revolve around several sections such as job process, safety operation procedures, etc. Combining with the actual production, the nature of the job and the problems that appeared in the production site recently, examples are explained in the form of PPT, making the training content more specific and practical. The training focused on the process control of all-water soluble products, the operation procedure of bag filter and the analysis and disposal of abnormal state, and the special training of energy saving. The employees of each front-line post had a more profound understanding of the skills operation and process principles. In addition, the production department mobilized members of each group to put forward optimization suggestions in conjunction with the actual situation of their positions, and conducted process training examinations on relevant topics in the training meeting.
The Safety and Environment Department elaborated the importance of safe production through a combination of theory and practice, from workshop protection skills, use of fire-fighting equipment, risk source identification to job safety operation skills, etc. We also ask all employees to pay attention to various safety issues at work, enhance their awareness of prevention, improve their ability to prevent accidents, and always pay attention to safe production. The Safety and Environment Department will continue to carry out various safety drills and education and training activities to promote the safe development of the enterprise.
In order to improve the staff’s ability to identify and handle abnormal basic equipment and efficiently complete production tasks, the Equipment Department combined existing equipment and carried out training combining practical explanation and operation on the topics of repairing GS-11 automatic bag sewing machine, troubleshooting new packaging scales and repairing motor processes. The training enriched the staff’s business knowledge and improved their professional skills.
Recently, two mechanic members of the Equipment Department were sent out to visit and study at the hot laminating machine factory in Cangzhou, Hebei. After a week of practical exchanges, they effectively mastered how to deal with equipment failures, how to disassemble and assemble equipment, and how to maintain and repair equipment. In addition to regular targeted training and learning, each department also arranges employees to talk about their experiences on typical cases and timely check the gaps.
