No stopping! Urea prices continue to rise! On January 30th, urea quotations from various regions arrived! Since the weekend, urea prices have been raised by around 10-60 yuan/ton in many parts of China.
Today, the domestic urea market is clearly on the rise, with urea prices rising on a large scale.
In terms of factories: Most factories have not yet completed the pre collection for the Spring Festival, and continue to concentrate on pre collection orders. The receipt of orders is good, and the quotation is stable with a slight increase.
In terms of supply, the daily urea production in China is around 176000 tons, with a capacity utilization rate of 81.3%. It is expected to rise to over 180000 tons over the weekend.
In terms of demand, there has been a surge in demand for wheat greening fertilizer and rapeseed winter wax fertilizer in the northern winter wheat region, Jiangsu and Anhui provinces, providing support for the regional urea market.
Overall, with the expected increase in supply, enterprises are expected to see a narrow adjustment in domestic urea prices in the short term, supported by previous orders.
