In order to implement the general requirement of “refinement and data management”, we promote the effective implementation of visualization management, enhance the staff’s awareness of norms and improve production efficiency. The production department of our company responded positively, rearranged and posted the signs of pipe corridors and equipment, and realized the visualization of staff work information.
Preliminary work
In order to ensure that every pipeline in the site is clear and every equipment is clearly marked, our production department set up a “visualization” team and asked each team to sort out the situation of pipeline corridors and pipelines in their respective areas. After a month of mapping and combing, we finally integrated 595 pipelines, 275 equipment devices, 6 corridor markings, 49 pressure gauges and 30 floor markings.
Active Response
According to the comparison table recorded in the previous period, we asked the advertising company to make three models and five colors of pipes, basic information stickers of equipment, floor signs and pressure gauges. They are carefully posting equipment and pipeline signs. Don’t underestimate this project, every detail can’t be ignored. If you paste it carelessly, it may lead to problems such as bubbles, unevenness and cracks.
On the pipe gallery, in the culvert, on the second steaming frame … Everyone is very busy. You post the signs, and I will pass the tools and wipe the equipment. After the improvement, the’ face value’ of the site was instantly improved. The employees said: With the upgrading of refined management, we have improved our work efficiency, and we can quickly find anomalies and minimize hidden dangers.

Refinement is a kind of consciousness, concept, but also a corporate culture of Excellence. We should start with the details. Standardize the placement of items; Regularize the cleaning of equipment and health areas; Fully supervise the process, and timely investigate and solve any abnormality found … Refined management should be actively implemented, attacked quickly, and promoted at multiple points!
