GESC, formerly known as Sichuan Golden Elephant Sincerity Chemical Co., LTD, was established in May 2003 and is located in Meishan High-tech Industrial Park (West District), Sichuan Province. In December 2011, the company was approved by the Sichuan Department of Commerce and transitioned from Sichuan Jinxiang Chemical Industry Group Co., LTD to a foreign-invested joint-stock company. The company’s current registered capital stands at 399 million RMB.
GESC has five wholly-owned subsidiaries: Xinjiang Golden Elephant Sincerity Coal Chemical Co., LTD, Jiangsu Golden Elephant Sincerity Chemical Co., LTD, Beijing Edgein S & T Co., LTD, Sichuan Ruixiang Agricultural Co., LTD, and Sichuan Edgein Chemical Equipment Co., LTD. Other subsidiaries include Xinjiang Sincerity Huyang Chemical Co., LTD, Xinjiang Jade Elephant Huyang Chemical Co., LTD, and Sichuan Sinfa Clean Energy Co., LTD.
