A Series Report on D Zone Construction|Guardians of Engineering Materials

The completion of the D Zone project reflects the collective wisdom and effort of all GESC staff, showcasing the spirit and speed of the company. Throughout the construction process, every team member played their part, collaborating sincerely to ensure progress and quality. Behind this success, there is a dedicated group of people—the guardians of engineering materials. They are responsible for the receipt, dispatch, and storage of materials, handling everything from large machinery to the smallest bolts.

As Phase 1 of the project nears completion, company leadership instructed the relocation of remaining materials from the original warehouse to the newly established spare parts storage. Given the tight timeline and the large volume of materials, the task was initially overwhelming. The warehouse team quickly organized and carried out the relocation efficiently. Despite the heavy workload, everyone worked in unison, completing the task in one week. Over 30,000 items were successfully moved to the new warehouse.

With materials for Phase 2 arriving steadily, the workload for the warehouse team increased. Faced with this challenge, they rose to the occasion, prioritizing efficiency, quality, and service. The team meticulously oversaw the receiving, stacking, and labeling of materials, ensuring that every task was completed on time and to the highest standard. Regardless of harsh weather conditions, they remained committed, safeguarding thousands of pieces of equipment, steel, valves, cables, and other materials essential to the project.
