Chemical raw material—MAP (Monoammonium Phosphate)
Description:
Production introduction:
White granular crystal; relative density at 1.803, melting point at 190°C , easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, insoluble in ketone, PH value of 1% solution is 4.5.
Production usage:
As a fire-prevention agent for fabric, timber and paper, as well as a fire-prevention coating, and dry powder for fire extinguisher. For food grade it is mainly used as a fermentation agent, nourishment, and so on. Used as a high effective non-chloride N, P compound fertilizer in agriculture. Its total nourishment (N+P2O5 ) is at 73%, and may be used as a basic raw material for N, P and K compound fertilizer.
Introduction:
The key selling point:
1. Monoammonium Phosphate lies in its balanced nutrient composition.
2. The optimal ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus makes it suitable for various crops and soil types.
3. MAP releases nitrogen gradually, ensuring sustained plant nutrition over time. Additionally, it is highly soluble, allowing for efficient application through irrigation systems and foliar sprays.

What is Potassium Sulfate?
Potassium sulfate (K2SO4) is a type of fertilizer that provides potassium, an essential nutrient for plant growth. It is often used in combination with other fertilizers to deliver a balanced nutrient profile to crops. Potassium sulfate complements the benefits of Monoammonium Phosphate by providing potassium, which is crucial for various physiological processes in plants.
The Production Application:
The combined application of Monoammonium Phosphate and potassium sulfate has been proven effective in crops such as fruits, vegetables, and field crops. Their synergistic action ensures robust plant development, improved flowering, and enhanced fruit quality. These fertilizers can be applied through traditional broadcasting methods or incorporated into irrigation systems for precise nutrient delivery.
